We meet our clients at their homes where it is much easier to visualise their renovation. We find showrooms are expensive and prefer to walk clients through our supplier's showrooms to view materials.

2. Small and Experienced Team

Everyone at Lusso is an expert in their craft. This means we don't need admin staff, we don't take on more work than we can handle, and we make less mistakes that lead to budget blowouts.

3. No Branding or Excessive Advertising Campaigns

If you work with us you will notice we don't use glossy brochures or branded documents. As for advertising, we pay a small monthly fee for Google Ads and that's it.

In that time they have worked with many of the big kitchen renovation companies and became disillusioned by the cost-cutting methods these businesses employed. In 2021, they launched their own renovbusiness with the goal of delivering beautiful kitchens both they and their clients can be proud of.
